Our cancellation and refund policy lasts 48 hours. If 48 hours have passed since your booking, we can’t offer you a full refund. However if the booking was done 24 hours before the arrival or pickup or start date as applicable, cancellation will be done at the cost of the one day booking.
The following charges apply on refund for normal cancellation done after 48 hours of booking:
To complete your cancellation, we require a receipt or proof of booking or simply cancel through your dashboard. We will receive notification to continue the process from there. Please do not send your receipt back to the service provider.
Once your receipt is received and verified, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your cancellation.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a period 7 – 14 days.
